Biography

Sun Yuan is a PhD candidate in Social Security and Public Administration at Zhejiang University, currently a joint doctoral trainee at KU Leuven's Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (Belgium). Her research focuses on child welfare, adverse childhood experiences, life-course adversity, and left behind children. Her work is dedicated to understanding how early childhood experiences shape long-term developmental outcomes across the life course.
