Biography

Veronica Coelho: Patient Safety and Quality of Care Project Manager at the Hospital Federation of Vaud (FHV), where she has led two successive multi-hospital quality improvement collaboratives - on handover and teamwork and on patient partnership and patient. A health economist (MSc, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) with a postgraduate certificate in Quality Management, she brings over 15 years of healthcare experience spanning complex project management at Assistance Publique–Hôpitaux de Paris, health consulting at PwC and large-scale programme management. Her work encompasses quality improvement strategy, change management, data-driven evaluation and interprofessional capacity building across hospital networks.
