Biography

Cindy Castro: Advanced practice nurse responsible for evidence-based research and the implementation of evidence-informed practices, drawing on implementation science to improve care quality and safety across the 12 member institutions of Hospital Federation of Vaud (FHV). Her work focuses on nursing scope of practice and evidence-based nursing practices (communication, clinical care, etc.), patient partnership, and the continuing education of healthcare professionals.
