Nursing Students’ Perceptions of Simulation Anxiety in the Primary Nurse Role
Rachel Mortenson Clements, MSN, RN, is an Assistant Professor of Nursing dedicated to excellence in teaching and faculty development. Her work focuses on creating supportive learning environments for nursing students, particularly through the use of simulation and active learning strategies. Rachel is especially interested in how facilitation techniques and psychological safety influence student performance and learning during simulation experiences. Her recent scholarship explores nursing students’ perceptions of anxiety in simulation and its implications for effective teaching.
